Carolyn Cadogan receives poster award at Photonics North 2015
Carolyn Cadogan, a doctoral student with Prof. Lyudmila Goncharova and Prof. Peter Simpson, received an award for her poster presentation at the Photonics North 2015 conference, which was held in Ottawa, Ontario.
The title of Carolyn's presentation is "Annealing Temperatures and Hydrogen Evolution in Si-QDs in Hydrogenated Si3Nx".
