• Amanda DiCarlo, who was awarded a Frederick Banting and Charles Best CGS Masters Research Award (from CIHR, 2012) and an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) (2011).
• Janet Powell, who successfully defended her MSc thesis "Turbulence Accumulation in the Stenosed Carotid Bifurcation" (2011 Apr 19)
• Emily Wong, who successfully defended her PhD thesis "Hemodynamics in the Stenosed Carotid Bifurcation with Plaque Ulceration" (2011 Feb 22)
